Goralska Joaillerie provides to its clients a personalized repair service after performing a quote on a case-by-case basis.
The Goralska jewelry sold is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of delivery under normal use. Having used a jewel sold by Goralska in an abnormal or improper manner or related to any other external causes will result in immediate cancellation of the related guarantee. The fact of having repaired or modified a Goralska jewel in a workshop not working on a regular basis with Goralska Joaillerie will also result in immediate cancellation of the related guarantee. Goralska only works with diamond dealers implementing the Kimberley Process that ensures diamonds come from legitimate sources and are therefore not coming from regions in state of war.
